Ortho dollar incentive program
This program was developed to encourage our patients to care for their appliances without constant reminder from the Assistants and parents at home. The following as a list of rules and guidelines for the program which will be strictly adhered to.
Broken or loose brackets/bands that are the fault of the patient at that visit will void any Ortho dollars for that visit. This will be at the discretion of Dr. Perih and the Assistants.
Ortho dollars can be redeemed for prizes or Steamtown Mall certificates ($10.00 for 20 Ortho dollars, $20.00 for 40 Ortho dollars etc.) An Ortho dollar is worth $.50 in real money.
One (1) Ortho dollar will be given out for any of the following categories:
- Good Oral Hygiene
- No red or swollen gum tissue, plaque on teeth, or food and plaque build-up on any appliance.
- Elastic wear at night
- Worn as prescribed and tooth movement is noticed.
- Palatal Expander
- At delivery date if placed in designated amount of time.
- Hawley Bite Plane with braces
- Worn as prescribed.
- Headgear and Face mask wear
- Patient must return scorecard with number of hours worn.
- Tongue crib with braces
- Worn as Prescribed.
- If Dr. Perih extracts a baby tooth
You are responsible for your Ortho dollars. If you lose them, they will not be replaced. Treat them like real money.

For every patient you refer to our office that starts orthodontic treatment, you may receive a gift from our office.
